Van Nice & Co ("we", "us", "our") provides human-reviewed pre-call briefings and prospect research lists for B2B sales professionals. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt unless otherwise communicated. We will notify you by email if we anticipate a delay. Delivery is via email in PDF format (and CSV for prospect lists).
If a delivered briefing does not meet the requested scope, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we will revise it at no additional charge. Revision requests are fulfilled within 12 hours.
If we cannot deliver within the promised timeline or the delivered work materially fails to meet the stated scope, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind cancellations after research has begun.

Delivered briefings and prospect lists are licensed for your internal business use. You may share them within your organization but may not resell or publicly redistribute them.
Our research is based on publicly available information. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the delivered materials. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
